Five weeks of volleyball at your school.

Coach Dani visits your school one day a week for five weeks. Each group receives one hour of coaching each week, giving every participating child five hours of volleyball over the programme.

The school decides how many groups it would like to include. Each group has its own one-hour session, with a timetable agreed to fit around the school day. Activities are adapted to the children’s ages and abilities, allowing them to learn at a suitable pace.

Children are introduced to the basic skills of volleyball, including serving, passing and sending the ball over the net. Through warm-ups, practical activities and small games, they develop coordination, movement, communication and teamwork.

Each week builds on the previous session, helping children gradually use their new skills in simple games. The focus is on participation, encouragement and enjoying the learning process.
